Stone Mountain Middle School students are supported in their STEM learning through extra-curricular opportunities to extend STEM learning.  Our students are provided with a variety of STEM specific extracurricular and extended day opportunities for all learners through adult-world connections.  One way we have provided our students the opportunity to experience many post-secondary offerings in STEM is to have them compete in various competitions.  This enables them to be socially and professionally exposed to other students with the same interests.  Because STEM students have been involved in clubs, programs, and competitions where STEM students are engaged, they have many opportunities to grow.
